2- Regarding point 2, we acknowledge your understanding of the out-of-the-box functionality, and we greatly appreciate it. The article shared in my previous message will guide you in modifying or creating a new design according to your requirements.
4- To modify the image, simply navigate to Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder, and edit the block named “Newsletter Popup.” Here’s a screenshot illustrating the steps: https://postimg.cc/jDjkM4Rs . Once the editor opens, you can proceed with changing the image as per your preference.
