Hotspot and “Merge js & Css” complications

So i have a small issue, not sure where to put it though.
On my website i use hotspots.
But when i enable “Merge js & css” and “Critical CSS” the hotspots are all over the place.
Is this a known issue?
Because i really need the “merge js & css” options to be enabled for speed purposes and the hotspots to function for sales purpose.
