I have conducted a review of your site deeply and found the main cause of the issue, the issue is not because of our theme but because of a request checking on your site, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/FdvJhz9S as you can see in this screenshot, the site checks the request of ‘sw-themes.com’ and your site is not able to connect to our internal engine server, that is the main reason of the issue, so I suggest you to please reach out to your hosting provider and ask to whitelist the address ‘sw-themes.com’ and try to connect it from your server end, and then try again, it should solve your issue.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

@martin-5435 & @maxime-morelon please follow the same procedure that I explained above to @emanuelkaczmarczyk and I am sure it will solve your issue as well.
