I was fortunate enough to visit the Singapore Airlines Office in Sydney last week and was thoroughly impressed. As soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted and offered help straight away. The office itself is immaculate, tidy, and has a peaceful, professional environment. It's also located in the CBD, which made it simple to drop by during my lunch break. I had a pretty involved request when I came in — I had to change the second leg of a multi-city trip and was worried about fees or losing my desired seating. The agent I spoke with, Daniel, was absolutely knowledgeable. Not only did he answer all my questions thoroughly, but he went out of his way to make sure that everything was done exactly the way I wanted. He even provided me with some useful advice on KrisFlyer miles and also verified if I can get upgraded on my return flight. All in all, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had recently. It is great to know that Singapore Airlines office in Sydney maintains its stellar reputation both on the ground and in the air. Highly recommended!
