Hello, I am using the Shop50 theme with Elementor.
I’m using the Porto theme and have encountered two separate animation issues on my live website. I’ve described the problems below, comparing their behavior in the Elementor panel to the live site.
Issue 1: ‘Click and Call’ Button Animation on Product Page
On the product detail page, I’m having a problem with the animation of the curved arrow next to the green “Tıkla ve Ara” (Click and Call) button, which was originally a “Call Us” button. The animation works flawlessly in the Elementor design editor. When I scroll down the page, the arrow smoothly flies in from the bottom, as intended.
However, the animation is not working on the live site. The button appears suddenly, behaving like a “lazy load” effect instead of showing the fluid animation. I suspect this is caused by a conflict with the theme’s JavaScript files (specifically porto-scroll-parallax.min.js) or its style files.
Issue 2: Scrolling Text on Homepage
The scrolling text on the homepage’s blue banner is also showing a similar problem. While the original demo text was “No Minimum Purchase – Free Shipping On All Orders,” I have added my own custom text. The text scrolls correctly in the Elementor design editor.
However, the text is completely invisible on the live site; only the blue banner is visible. This issue, like the first one, might be related to how the theme handles front-end rendering or animations.
The fact that both issues work perfectly in the Elementor panel suggests that some of the theme’s core files are preventing these animations from functioning on the live site.
Could you please assist me in resolving these issues?
If you want, I can also add a video.
Thank you.

PThemes Team.August 31, 2025 at 11:47 am #35629Hello,
Thank you for your prompt response. I would like to inform you that the animation issue on my site has been resolved.
As I was preparing to grant you access to my site, I noticed a new update for the Porto Theme – Functionality plugin. Upon updating the plugin, both the button animation on the product page and the scrolling text issue on the homepage were fixed.
I wanted to let you know that the problem was resolved with a new plugin update. Thank you for your assistance.
However, if you would still like to review it in general, I can of course provide temporary authorization.
Best regards,

Thank you for the update, and I’m glad to hear that the issue has been resolved after updating the Porto Theme – Functionality plugin.
Since everything is now working as expected, there’s no need to provide access at this time. If you encounter any issues in the future, feel free to open a new support request and share temporary access details then—we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Thanks again for keeping us informed, and have a great day!
