Disable or change language of “Related Posts”

I write articles in Finnish, but the end of the article automatically includes a “Related post” section in English, and I can’t remove it. I also can’t find a setting or menu where I can remove it. I haven’t created any ready-made templates for the articles, but I freely format each article separately.
