I don’t find the option to edit the product listed in the categories and in some parts of the website.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot with us, it helps us grasp your concern more clearly. Our theme offers a feature called Template Builder, allowing you to create, edit, and personalize product showcase layouts to your liking. To access this feature, simply navigate to Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder >> post types.
