Greetings,
We use the Porto theme. We wanted to create a second language for our site and installed the Polylang plugin. (We have used this plugin many times before) After the plugin installation, we first had a shrinkage on our homepage. Then, when we wanted to create the 2nd language version of the homepage, it gave Elementor error.

July 15, 2025 at 8:09 am #33085Hello @MYRA,
Your issue has been solved. I have found that you have changed and set the layout for the pages a wide width from the page settings. I have changed it to Without sidebar and now the pages are showing fine: https://ibb.co/jPFyyxGx
Please check your site now after removing the site and browser cache.

PThemes Team.July 16, 2025 at 2:54 am #33097Hi again, @aizazawan Thank you so much. but its not the only problem. https://ibb.co/HDF7ndST you see the right & left areas. they was not like that. idk the problem but first steps done. also we have second step. for example: that slider settings is set to “full-width” but its not full width. i think that “wrapper” “full-width settings” have a problem.
July 16, 2025 at 9:55 am #33103Hello @MYRA,
You should set the Container Stretch with CSS as stretch container and content, then it will show full width. I have set it now the video is showing fullwidth: https://ibb.co/bgzxXbqc

Your issue has been solved. I have changed the width of the page by editing the page in the WP editor >> Page View Options >> Page Layout and sidebar >> Select the Wide Width layout and save it: https://ibb.co/whzkDGvd
Now, please check the site after removing the browser cache.
