As simple as the title says. It is very frustrating. Sometimes it actually does work when “don’t show popup again” is checked but most times the popups keeps showing up after latest update!

It appears you are experiencing a cache issue. I noticed that you are using cache plugins on your site. Please disable the cache plugins and contact your service provider to flush the server cache completely. Finally, clear your browser cache and check your site again. This should resolve your issue.
