Hi,
Some products are triggering unwanted free shipping. But when adding another product, it disappears.

March 26, 2025 at 11:04 am #28261Hi,
to summarize.
Some products are triggering free shipping, even when the desired amount is not reached.
Sometimes the free shipping is not triggered after reaching the amount.I have some products only for pick up (afhaal verhuur) sending class, but it also does not work.

March 27, 2025 at 10:26 am #28311Hello, @nicksmet,
I noticed that your site is currently using an outdated version of the theme and plugins. Please update them to the latest versions. Additionally, disable all third-party plugins, and then clear the server, site, and browser cache. After that, check again to see if the issue is resolved. If it is, you can reactivate the third-party plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the problem.

March 29, 2025 at 8:58 am #28360Hello, @nicksmet,
Ok, then please check the free shipping with some default WordPress or WooCommerce theme on your site (Twenty Twenty-Five and Storefront) and check the behavior. If the issue persists with the default theme as well, then we kindly suggest you to reach out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team. -
