Under Theme Options > Post > Blog & Post Archives – I am seeing the message “It is overrided by ‘Change Archive Options’ & ‘Disable infinite scroll’ of Blog Category Meta Box.” for the pagination style.
Please can you advise as to where this is located? I have searched, but have been unable to find it and I also tried looking through the online documentation.

The description you are talking about is the instruction when you use the Porto template builder to build your own Custom Blog Archive page, it is under Porto >> Template Builder >> Archive Builder.
You can use these options from there as well by editing the elements from there, and that will override the theme options.
