Cannot deregister theme

My license has expired I keep a spare theme not assigned but after doing a test last week I had to restore a site and have now lost the ability to deregister.
Support will not reply as the 4 Porto license I have have no support at present.

I dont consider this a support matter it should be customer service will someone contact me please

Could you please share your theme purchase code with us, which you want to reset under the private content area of this topic, so that we can check/verify and reset it for you, and you will be able to reuse it on your desired domain.
