How do I keep Back to Top chevron button visible on mobile?

Can you help me get the back to top button to show on mobile? It gets hidden at 767px width.

Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache of mobile.

        display: inline-block !important;
    }
