Hello again, we hope you are well.
We’ve discovered a mismatch between the Header/Footer Builder agent from the plugin Polylang. We’ve had no problems using these variations before. There may be a bug again.
When we try to add the 2nd language with the “+” buttons on the Header/Footer Builder page, it is not created as a translation of the page belonging to that language. It creates a new page, again in the first language. When we manually select that page as the 2nd language, it remains as a new page and not as “translated”. When we manually assign it as a translation of the first language, the problem is solved for that part.
When we select and save the menu we created as the 2nd language (english) in View > Menus, it does not detect the recording. When we refresh the page, we see that the sign has been deleted. At least we think we won’t have a problem if that sign is not erased.
We need your information and help on the subject.
Thank you in advance.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Thanks for contacting us.
You have asked two questions in this topic.
1. This is not an issue. In our theme, when you are using the PolyLang plugin, you should edit the post or page, then click the + icon to add the translation of that page or post: https://ibb.co/9m2m16MQ
2. For the menu, you should assign the menu from Appearance >> Menus >> Managed Locations >> Select the menu and save it, I am sure you will not find any issue: https://ibb.co/2YvdrLts
