Demo import failed

Recently, a number of people cannot import your demo, including myself, either by standard or alternative methods, despite meetin the minimum requirements.

I have noticed that instead fixing the issue or guiding us on importing, you have been helping to import on behalf of users.

I will suggest you resolve the issue or show us what do, instead of having to wait till you are available to help us.

Thanks for your contact, and sorry for the inconvenience, but there is no such issue that many customers are facing, but only some and most of the times it relates to the server, try to change the server and test again and if still you will face the same issue then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials under the private content area of this topic, and let us know which demo you want to import and with which page builder so that we will try to import it for you on your site.
