        Hello Porto Team,

        I need to reset my license activation to use it on a new domain, but I am completely locked out of the support portal.

        Here is the issue:

        I forgot my portal password, and the “Forgot Password” function is failing to send a reset link to my email (I have checked spam).

        I cannot create a new account because the system says my purchase code is “already used” from my previous registration.

        Could you please manually reset/unbind my license key from your end so I can regain access and activate the theme on my new server? also can you unblock my support portal?
