To resolve this, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme. If not, kindly take a complete backup of your site, disable all third-party plugins, and then update the theme by following the instructions outlined in this article: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/ . Once the theme is updated, navigate to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Install plugins, update any necessary plugins, and then check if the issue persists by clearing your browser cache.

In my previous message, I mentioned ensuring you’re utilizing the latest theme version, which you didn’t address. Additionally, I’ve tested the YouTube videos in our product listings on our test site and found no issues; they’re functioning correctly, as evidenced by the screenshots below. To proceed further, kindly take a full backup of your site and then share the wp-admin URL and admin access with us privately in this thread. I’ll review and provide you with an update.
