Hi,
We have a variable product in our woocommerce page. We have a product image loaded as well as a product gallery image. We also have a specific image for each variation loaded. When we click on any of the variations, the image will not change to the appropriate image it just resets back to the product image. The only way to get variation images to show up is if we eliminate the product image completely. The issue with that is on any product archive pages it just has no image for the part, as well as no image when a person first goes into the product.
We are running the latest Porto 7.0.8.
The link is below:
How can this be fixed.

April 2, 2024 at 9:12 am #6009Hello, @rj,
Thank you for granting us access. Upon reviewing the issue on your site and verifying all theme settings, everything appears to be in order. However, there are errors present on the single product page as evidenced by the browser console log: https://postimg.cc/xJ4d903g . To troubleshoot, I recommend temporarily deactivating all third-party plugins on your site, leaving only the essential theme-required/recommended plugins enabled. After clearing your browser cache, assess whether the issue persists. It’s possible that conflicting third-party plugins are causing the problem. If disabling them resolves the issue, gradually reactivate each plugin to identify the culprit. For further assistance, consider reaching out to the respective plugin authors.

PThemes Team.April 3, 2024 at 3:21 pm #6059Imagify image compression was causing the issue. We fixed this by not allowing webp files to be created. Is there a way in the future to have variations work with webp compression turned on?
April 4, 2024 at 5:50 am #6082Hello, @rj,
Thank you for your understanding and your efforts. You have identified the conflicting plugin responsible for the problem. It appears that this plugin is not included in our list of compatible plugins, as I have verified. To address this, I suggest submitting a feature request on our forum at https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/. This will ensure that our development team considers it for future theme updates. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team. -
