Hello.
I am unable to locate the settings to disable the newsletter popup in the theme options.
There is no display condition for the newsletter within the ‘popup builder for any page’.
The only conditions set are for the header and footer to display on ‘All’ pages.Please let me know.

We recommend the following 2 ways.
1. Please check if you have used the Porto Modal Box widget on the page. If there is, remove the widget.
2. Please remove the display condition in ‘Popup Builder for any page’ of the Porto Page Layout.
If there has been no change, refresh the conditions in Porto/Tools.I wish you success! Best Regards.
