Hello, @macwheelie,
That’s awesome! Glad to hear you figured it out. 😊 Let us know if you need anything else!
Have a nice day.Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @jeroenvdveer,
You can show the sub-categories with that block for sure, but it’s not the archive page element, if you wish to use it and it works fine on your site, then you can go with it.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @79design-support,
Yes, you’re correct. The church demo is currently unavailable for import as we are rebuilding it with a new style. It will be added back for download soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

PThemes Team.Hello, @hightower,
Our theme does not include a built-in login functionality. However, it is fully compatible with the Nextend Facebook Connect plugin, which you can find here: [Nextend Facebook Connect] ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextend-facebook-connect/ ). Feel free to give it a try.
Alternatively, if you prefer to continue using your current plugin, you can hide the specific section by applying Custom CSS. For further assistance, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team.

The PThemes TeamHello, @kane,
Could you kindly create a new topic on our forum and provide your WordPress Admin URL and credentials in the private content section of that topic? This will allow us to review the issue on your site and assist you effectively.
Best regards,
The PThemes TeamHello, @denys-lvov,
We have three header types in our theme.
1. Pre Built Header Type (You can change the content using Theme Options)
2. Header Builder in Customizer (To change the content you have to edit the elements in Customizer)
3. Header Builder in Template Builder (Completely edited using page builder)You are using the “Pre Built Header Type” on your site: https://postimg.cc/47RBNFs6 (No 1)
And when you edit the header in customizer mode, it’s different: https://postimg.cc/Wt2xGhcM (No 2)If you would like to show the same header in Customizer on your site, then you have to choose the header type as (Header Builder in Customizer) https://postimg.cc/R6M9JdTt
I hope this makes sense now and that it’s clear as I try to explain each point in detail.
Now, both of those header types are deprecated, so we suggest you to create your own Custom Header using page builder under Porto >> Template Builder >> Header and use it: https://postimg.cc/kVh3DCD0
Please refer to our theme documentation as well here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/header-builder-using-page-builders/
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @betohorta,
That section is essentially the sidebar, and the widget used there is called ‘Product Categories.’ If you edit this widget, you’ll find an option labeled ‘Hide empty categories.’ You can select this option, which is the only built-in solution. For any other customization or specific results, you may need to use a third-party plugin or implement custom code.

PThemes Team.Hello, @pournaras,
Great to hear that helped! You’re welcome. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out!
Have a nice day.

PThemes Team.Hello, @gotvald,
Please check this page: https://supporttestsites.theblackpearlspro.com/portosupport/shop/. As you can see, I have set the link to ‘NO,’ and it is working perfectly fine.
Best regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @gotvald,
I’ve tested it on my end and everything is working perfectly on my test site, including slider mode. Please ensure that you’re using the latest versions of both the theme and plugins. If not, kindly update them and try again. If the issue persists, please share the URL of the page where you’re facing the problem, along with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content section of this topic. We’ll take a closer look and assist you further.
Best regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @pournaras,
The latest version of the theme package includes WP Bakery (8.1). I kindly ask that you ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of the theme. If not, please update both the theme and core plugin first. After that, unregister the theme license and then re-register it. Once that’s done, try updating the WP Bakery plugin by going to **Appearance >> Install Plugins**.
This should resolve the issue. If it doesn’t, please provide a screenshot of the issue along with the site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content section of this topic so we can investigate and assist you further.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @barryhynd,

PThemes Team.Hello, @jeroenvdveer,
Unfortunately, this is not possible with the current functionality of our theme. Achieving this would require additional code customization. If you’re interested in our paid customization services, please fill out the form here: [https://www.portotheme.com/customization/] ( https://www.portotheme.com/customization/ ).
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @denys-lvov,
You can upload the screenshot here: https://postimages.org/ and share the uploaded link with me here.
And also please share the URL and Credentials of the site Admin as well.Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @denys-lvov,
1. Please share the screenshot of the issue along with the site WP Admin URL and Credentials under the private content area of this topic, so that I can have a look into it for you on your site and help you out.
2. Yes you can, our theme is fully compatible with the WPML plugin as well.
3. One single license is for the one single live URL only, this is Envato policy and with all the themes on the ThemeForest, you may wish to confirm this with Envato as well, but our single license is also used on the multisite setup as well, for that please share the license with us under the private content area of this topic so I will allow it.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team. -
