Seems like it should be easy but I’m struggling to figure it out. Image attached.
Thanks in advance for the help.
PS – how do I update my profile? I bought paid support for 6 months but it says this on my profile “Support: Please purchase to use the forum”.

Could you please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials under the private content area of this topic, so that I can look into it for you on your site and help you out?

PThemes Team.July 20, 2024 at 9:04 pm #13379Sure thing. Added the credentials to private area.
I looked into how to remove those dots but couldn’t figure it out for about an hour. I have a plugin installed to add custom JS / CSS rules if needed.
I did figure out how how to copy the footer section and paste it into new pages. It seems elementor want money to use the theme builder and template widget, which I’m not too motivated to pay..
Unless you know a different way forward I’m ok just manually pasting the footer into each page.
Appreciate your help as always.

July 22, 2024 at 10:25 am #13513Hello, @chrishayes,
Thanks for providing me the Login details of your site.
1. I have checked your site and found this HTML code is the reason for those dots: https://pasteboard.co/QC83OuJZoiSc.png if you do not want those dots, then you have to delete that Custom HTML code.
2. And if you want to apply your Custom Created footer under Porto >> Template Builder >> Footer to your entire site, then please navigate to Porto >> Page Layouts >> Footer, select your footer from there, and then apply the condition: https://pasteboard.co/023LexRc2ZF9.png & https://pasteboard.co/I5gyF9Mnq9t5.png
It will solve your issue.
