I need to reset my license activation, and activate it on my new domain. But I forget 2 license are using of which domain .. I think 2 domain are already outdate. I am unable to Deregister: In your old website’s WordPress dashboard

Can you please help me to reset the license key?

Thanks for your contact, I have reset one of your purchase codes; however, the second purchase code starting with “77e25e48” is already used on the live site: https://rainbowprint.hk/. According to the Envato policy, one single license is for one single live domain only; you may wish to confirm this with Envato as well.

I purchased the Porto theme but I forgot my Porto support portal password. The password reset option isn’t working (I am not receiving any emails).

I also cannot create a new account because the system says my license key is already in use from when I previously created my account.

What should I do to regain access and use my license?
