Demo installation is failed

        I’ve got this message:

        “Shop 49 installation is failed!
        Failed importing! Please check the “System Status” tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import. Settings that need attention will be listed in red. If your server provider does not allow to update settings, please try using alternative import mode.”

        I tried a lot of times importing the demo Shop 49, but it failed everytime. All status are OK. I tried to use the alternative mode too, but nothing works.

        When I bought the theme, it said I had lifetime upgrades and demos, but the import is not working.

        This field is Private Content.

                Hello, I have same issue with importing Proto demo.
                I’ve been using poro theme for more than than 3 years, but dunno what could be wrong. I’ve updated Porto to lates version 7.4. and update all related plugins. I followed procudure as described in https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/. After updating Elementor to the newest version page was broken. Then I revert Elementor to previous version. I wanted to import “demo Shop 49” but got the same error messsages eventho my server meets all requirements.

                This field is Private Content.
