Could you please share your theme purchase code with us, which you want to reset under the private content area of this topic, so that we can check/verify and reset it for you, and you will be able to reuse it on your desired domain.

PThemes Team.November 12, 2025 at 5:11 pm #40790Thank you all working.
I have bought another license for another shop but I only have text colour filter
this one works https://theshirtclub.co.uk/product-category/shirts/slim-fit-shirts/
This one is only text https://taylorandhunt.com/product-category/default-category/shirts/
I have been through forums advice etc but I cannot see the option
(Find or create your “Color” attribute. When editing the attribute, ensure the “Type” or “Display type” is set to Color or Swatch, not text or label. This tells WooCommerce and Porto to display them visually.)
November 13, 2025 at 10:56 am #40853Hello, @ianlea,
Glad to hear everything is working fine with your previous license. Regarding the new shop issue — Please make sure that you have set the Widget for color attribute as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/rz7hsr74 and choose color attribute as color: https://postimg.cc/V5Xt90d6

PThemes Team.November 13, 2025 at 5:57 pm #40888I had to delete existing and start again.
Now i HAVE THE PROBLEM of adding in colour attribute for 200 products.
Is there a quick way of doing this.
Bulk edit plugins are not working for me.
Can you suggest oneNovember 14, 2025 at 6:47 am #40905I think the problem was caused because the site is a migration from Magento I am not sure at what stage the colour attributes lost the color swatch.
November 14, 2025 at 8:43 am #40920I have just installed porto on another site and the demo installed yith ajax product filters the first site that works does not have this installed, does the theme product filter colour attribute swatches work without yith ajax filters?
November 14, 2025 at 9:33 am #40923Hello, @ianlea,
You can simply change the colors or attributes from Products >> Attributes >> Configure Terms: https://postimg.cc/MXgWyj5n
And then edit each color and set the color from there as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/5HkcbZKT & https://postimg.cc/ZvtMqZPSIf you migrated the site from Magento, then that might be the reason of the settings being lost.
Yes, please try to install the plugin YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter on the site and try to check back again.

PThemes Team.November 19, 2025 at 10:59 pm #41341I have another question I have an intermittent issue the footer I am using inverts the colours so white background becomes black.
November 20, 2025 at 11:44 am #41378Hello, @ianlea,
I have just checked your site, and the Footer seems to be working perfectly fine at my end. Please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/XpKCW4jL
We always recommend checking your site after completely clearing the browser cache.

PThemes Team.November 20, 2025 at 6:47 pm #41436It is thank you, it looks like if the site is in develop mode some options are not visible front end.
cleared cache server and browser used incognito eventually it workedNovember 21, 2025 at 12:26 pm #41500Hello, @ianlea,
Great to hear that everything is now working correctly on the front end. Yes, when the site is in development mode, certain cached or optimized resources may not load as expected, which can cause temporary visual inconsistencies — including layout, colors, or footer styling. Clearing both server-side and browser cache (and testing in incognito) is always the right approach.
If you run into any more issues as you continue setting things up, feel free to let us know — we’re here to help.
Best Regards,
