Got it, thanks for sharing the screenshot. Let me clarify something for you. In the categories menu, it’s important to organize the menu items to ensure they are fully visible. Introducing a scroll bar within the menus could lead to unexpected issues. For instance, if we enable scrolling to display all the menu items in the main categories dropdown, the sub-menu items might not appear properly due to the presence of the scroll bar. That’s why I suggest dividing your menu items into categories or finding another method to ensure all menu items are visible on the screen without the need for scrolling. I hope this explanation makes sense and clears up any confusion.

PThemes Team.April 23, 2024 at 6:32 pm #6438But for department stores, it is difficult to merge categories. My suggestion is to use the mouse wheel to scroll the menu when clicking to expand the category. When the menu is closed, the entire web page is scrolled.
April 24, 2024 at 8:13 am #6446Hello, @jessiechen,
I grasp your suggestion, but implementing it directly from the theme settings isn’t feasible. However, you have two options to proceed:
1. Reach out to our customization team for dedicated support at: https://www.portotheme.com/customization/. They’ll provide further assistance tailored to your needs.
2. Alternatively, you can explore third-party plugins available in the WP market that align with your requirements. Just keep in mind that using them entails some risk. Hope this clarifies things for you.Best Regards,

In our theme, the design is custom-made and can be easily set or customized from Porto >> Template Builder >> Post Types. To gain a better understanding, please refer to this article: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/how-to-create-modify-products-design-on-product-archive-shop-page/
