Greetings,
I would like to edit the product layout and move the pre-order label above the short description, just above the “Add to cart” button. Here is a sample page – https://m2adventure.ro/magazin/rokstraps/ the “Disponibilitate: Disponibil la comandă (timp estimativ de livrare – 10 zile)” notification appears below the video which is part of the short description.
Any idea what do i need to edit to re-arrange the layout?

Porto WordPress also offers a customized layout option for Single product pages.
You can access this feature through Porto >> Template Builder >> Single product.
If you already have a Custom template, you can conveniently adjust the page content to suit your needs by editing it.
