Thank you for the explanation of your issue.
1- It looks like you simply deleted the block but you didn’t remove the block condition. Please navigate to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder >> then try to restore the block from the trash after that simply edit the block and remove the condition. 2-If the issue still exists on the site then simply share your site wp-admin URL and access under the private content area of this topic after taking a complete backup of your site, I will further investigate and let you know.
