Thanks for sharing the asking details. The thing is as you said the issue appear after the update. But when I checked the theme it is very outdated: https://postimg.cc/64XjjbXW and the issue still appears on the site: https://postimg.cc/nXCyQ5Vg To solve it please update the theme and its necessary plugins by following this article: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/ I hope your issue will be resolved.
