To resolve this, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme. If not, kindly take a complete backup of your site, disable all third-party plugins, and then update the theme by following the instructions outlined in this article: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/ . Once the theme is updated, navigate to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Install plugins, update any necessary plugins, and then check if the issue persists by clearing your browser cache.
