Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Firstly, I’ve conducted the same test on our test site using the latest version of the theme. To resolve this, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme. If not, kindly take a complete backup of your site, disable all third-party plugins, and then update the theme by following the instructions outlined in this article: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/ . Once the theme is updated, navigate to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Install plugins, update any necessary plugins, and then check if the issue persists by clearing your browser cache.
