For that, you have to try with the Custom Layout.
You need to navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Post Type.
And create a new layout there as per your requirements: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/type-builder-elements/

And then you can utilize that layout when using the “Porto Posts Grid” element.

This is the only possible way.
