Hi, I’m trying to pull content from a particular category using the Porto Posts Grid, but it turns out to be empty. I’m sure I’ve set the data correctly. Please refer to the attachment. Thanks

Hi! I forgot to mention that the Posts Grid returned empty if I show the filter by years (A custom taxonomy)

Hi, the taxonomy filter doesn’t work well. The tab appears but the filter function is not working.

I have just checked the element on your site, and it seems to be working perfectly fine. It’s pulling the correct date properly. Please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/YjdDmW9v. Please clear the cache and check back again. Alternatively, please share a small video clip of the issue to duplicate it, so that I can have a look at it for you on your site and help you out.
