Hi,
I’m trying to use this maintenance mode setting.
However, the page is displaying the header template as this is set to display in ‘All’.
How do I exclude certain pages from the ‘All’ setting?

Regarding the header template condition set to all, You can remove the condition, and then set other conditions depending on the requirements. Check this article to understand better about the conditions:
