My website is in French, but the text on the cart and checkout pages is in English.

I tried with Loco Translate but I can’t find the character strings in English.

Hello,

Have you synchronized the language files? If no then please Synchronize the language files by clicking on the “SYNC” button and then save changes after that please try to change/translate those strings into the Porto, WooCommerce and Porto Functionality language files and if still you are unable to then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with those words and translation under the private content area of this topic so that I can check it for you on your site and help you out.
