Website is in French, but the text on the cart and checkout pages is in English

Have you synchronized the language files? If no then please Synchronize the language files by clicking on the “SYNC” button and then save changes after that please try to change/translate those strings into the Porto, WooCommerce and Porto Functionality language files and if still you are unable to then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with those words and translation under the private content area of this topic so that I can check it for you on your site and help you out.

Hi, this issue is quite common with multilingual WooCommerce sites using the Porto theme—your site may be in French, but the cart and checkout text often stays in English because those strings come from WooCommerce or theme language files rather than page content; you can fix it by using Loco Translate to translate strings in Porto and WooCommerce, checking WPML string translation (if used), syncing translations, and clearing cache, but if it still doesn’t work, it’s likely due to incomplete language files.
