Porto Success Concept – Shortcode Issue

My page was running this shortcode perfectly fine then overnight it somehow broke.

-Tried disabling all plugins
-Tried switching out of child theme
-Tried messing with various settings (stretch, full width etc.)

I’ve isolated the issue as best I can.

When the porto success concept template block is loaded through shortcode it breaks and the image no longer flips properly.

If I manually copy and paste in the block not only does it work perfectly, but the shortcode starts working too if I have them both on the same page. I’ve setup a test area where there is 1 shortcode loaded version and 1 manually pasted block. If you delete the manually pasted block the shortcode will start bugging and the image will no longer display properly.

Any idea how to fix this?

I have checked your site now and deleted the block shortcode, and only remain the element shortcode as you instructed and as shown in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/JrtXYBhfbsjU.png

Please try again and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Would you mind checking out the link in the private area?

I see it works perfectly for you, but in my product page I wasn’t able to get it to work, not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Hi Aizaz, somehow it works! Not sure why, that wasn’t working before I spent around 3-4 hours trying to fix it.

I can’t explain it, but hey, if it works it works.
