Hi.
I am having problems with my single product pages. When I click to open any product page
1. The template looks different from the template of the website. the header and page layout are completely different
2. Page content is not loading.This field is Private Content.

March 11, 2025 at 8:21 am #27627I have tried lots of thing, disabling plugins, disabling/deleting single product template, updating theme, checking if Lazy Load Images disabled etc. Nothing worked. I can only see the product page if I change the theme. Please help

March 13, 2025 at 9:01 am #27732I’ve deleted all the content in the /wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce file. And uploaded them again from my purchesed themes files. Nothing changed. I can’t see the single product pages for days. Please I need this to be solved immediately

Your issue has been solved, please check back to your site now after clearing the browser cache, It was the plugin creating the issue on your site (Templatera), I simply disabled it to resolve your issue.
