Hello,
In shop 28 menu, there is Main menu that appears on desktop.
But when i browse my site on mobile, The main menu still appears side by side with mobile menu
How to hide the navigation menu from mobile and kept only mobile menu?

This is the “Porto Navigation Menu” element used in your site’s header.
If you’d like to remove it from the mobile version, you can use conditional settings for Columns.
