The issue you encountered was due to the absence of the product tabs element. Let me explain why.
Product tabs include the Description tab, which allows you to edit the product description on the single product page using the page builder. Without the product tabs element, Elementor couldn’t find the description to edit, resulting in that error. I’ve added the product tabs element to the layout, and now you can edit it. Please see the attached screenshots for reference.

There are 15 pre-built layouts for the single product page that you can easily import using Porto Studio on your site. These layouts are not limited to the pre-built demos and are specifically available for import in the single product template under Porto >> Template Builder.

You can choose any layout from this selection and customize the content to fit your needs.

Where are you using the Studio? I mean on which page?
We have already organized the Studio blocks properly, as follows:
Single Product template only shows when you use the Studio from Porto >> Template Builder >> Single Product.
Header Studio Blocks only show when you use the Studio from Porto >> Template Builder >> Header.
Footer Studio Blocks only show when you use the Studio from Porto >> Template Builder >> Footer.
And so on…
This is how it works.

The site is having issues on both mobile and desktop. To address this, please follow these steps:
Flush the server cache and disable caching temporarily.
Clear the site cache and deactivate all cache plugins.
Disable third-party plugins.
Update your theme and any required or recommended plugins.
Clear your browser cache and check the site again.
This should help resolve the issue. Once you confirm the problem is fixed, you can reactivate third-party plugins one by one.Best Regards,
