Hi I had the Classic Video demo installed on my WordPress last year and after playing around with it too much, I had to reset it recently. However the Classic Video demo disappeared and it’s not in the demo import list anymore. I REALLY REALLY love that demo as it is more simple for me. Is there a way you can bring it back or eventually will? I’ve tried other demos and they don’t come close to what I wanted for my photography business.

This is going nowhere unfortunately. I feel like I’m being misunderstood and don’t want to deal with this anymore. So I would like to know how to keep my pages but reset the whole theme back to the original classic video theme without losing my pages.

Sorry, but it does not look fixed. I feel it’s getting worse. I feel it’s best to just reset all the settings and also keep the pages I created. How do I do this?

I logged in wordpress on a safari browser and it looks so messed up. I logged in a Firefox and Google Chrome browser and it’s different but not what I wanted.

I WANTED MY WEBSITE TO LOOK LIKE THIS ONE —> https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/classic-video/

How do I reset the settings and keep the pages I created?

While the header with the logo and menu are visible, I don’t want the black background and want to keep it transparent like before. Also the container for the header and the rest of the page and footer are too wide it’s not acting like a container anymore.

So a few things I want:
                    – Transparent background for header
                    – Page content (under the wide header/breadcrumb) to be contained without sidebar, not wide.
                    – Footer to be contained.
                    – Remove the cart icon at the end of “Book Now” on the Navigational menu.

I noticed you changed to “Fluid” on Site Layout Mode, not “container” which you did suggest earlier. I tried to change it back to “container”, but then the page content and footer are freaking out so I changed back to fluid for now until this gets resolved.

I wanted my site to have the same page layout and header/breadcrumb like the Classic Video sample website you guys have (Please check this link so you know what I mean – https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/classic-video/). I’m not sure why mine is so complicated now than it was at the beginning.

I have backed up the site with UpdraftPlus and started to deactivate some plugins but then I got completely blocked out with the same “Critical Error” message you showed me. So I had my hosting to disable the theme in order for me to access the plugins which I can but I don’t want to blindly deactivate plugins randomly because I don’t know which plugins are Porto’s required plugins and which are third-party plugins. I just emailed to [email protected] for a list of porto required plugins so I don’t touch them. If you can help too, that’d be great but otherwise, I’m waiting to hear from them at the moment.

I reached out to Bluehost and they said they have whitelisted that rule ID now but wait for a little bit.

I am sorry but you lost me in the 2nd paragraph. What html code am I supposed to use? The hyperlink code you provided before doesn’t work. I tried embedding the URL but it doesn’t work.

I want to make sure that when anyone clicks on “Book Now” on the menu, it will take them to another page that still has the logo, the menu and the booking form already open ready to fill out. I don’t want to send people to the booking form page that is not a WordPress press because once they finish the form, how will they go back to the home page?

Please detail the process again but more thoroughly, I’m not skilled with WordPress.

                                    Thank you for your patience.

I don’t mean to confuse you but I don’t want a hyperlink – I want the porto page to ALREADY have the form open and ready to fill out, instead of people going to the porto page just to click on a hyperlink then go to ANOTHER page. I hope this makes sense.

Please visit blueskypixs.com then click “Book Now” on the menu then you’ll see the form is already open and ready while it’s still under the wordpress website. That’s what I mean when I said embedding an URL on the page, not adding a link on the page.

I’ve also attached a photo just in case.
