Hello, @hadlocksean,
I would like to bring to your attention the recent developments regarding the changes requested for your website. After logging into your site, I diligently addressed the specific requirements outlined in your previous message, which included the following:
1. Provided a transparent background for the header.
2. Ensured that the page content, situated beneath the wide header and breadcrumb, was contained without a sidebar, maintaining a narrower layout.
3. Confirmed that the footer was contained appropriately.
4. Removed the cart icon located at the end of “Book Now” in the Navigational menu. However, it has come to my attention that all the modifications I made have been reset and reverted to their previous state. I have reviewed the website today and verified that the changes I implemented are no longer present. To illustrate this, I have recorded a video demonstrating the current state of the website, which can be accessed here: [https://streamable.com/rabknm]
I understand that this situation may be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please let me know how you would like to proceed, and I will make every effort to rectify the situation promptly.
Thank you for your understanding.Best Regards,
PThemes Team.May 26, 2023 at 3:18 am #1362This is going nowhere unfortunately. I feel like I’m being misunderstood and don’t want to deal with this anymore. So I would like to know how to keep my pages but reset the whole theme back to the original classic video theme without losing my pages.

If you wish to export the pages you have created and reset all settings on your website, I can guide you through the necessary steps. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Exporting Pages:
Utilize the WordPress tools feature to export all the pages you have created. This functionality allows you to export and import site content seamlessly. For a comprehensive understanding of how this feature works, please refer to the following link: [Link: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/importing-content/ ]
2. Resetting Your Site:
To initiate a site reset, I recommend utilizing the “WP Reset” plugin available at [Plugin Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/ ]. This plugin will facilitate the process of resetting your site and reverting it to its default settings.
3. Reactivating the Theme and Plugins:
After performing the reset, proceed to reactivate the theme and the necessary plugins.
Additionally, re-import the demo content provided by the theme.4. Importing Pages:
Once the theme and plugins are reactivated and the demo content is imported, you can proceed to import the exported pages using the WordPress tools feature once again.
By following these steps, you will successfully achieve a fresh demo installation while retaining your site pages.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the instructions so that if anything will go wrong then you will have your site backup.
I hope this clarifies the process for you. Should you require any further clarification or assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am here to help.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
