                            Please try to follow the steps listed below to update the theme and you will find our the culprit as well.

                            If you want to update the theme on your current site, then follow the steps listed below:

                            1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
                            2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
                            3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
                            4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
                            5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that…
                            6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
                            7. After that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
                            8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
                            9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
                            10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.

                            Hope this will help you in resolving your issue.

                                Alright, Let me explain to you how it works and the possible ways to fix it.

                                1- Why, is this happening on mobile? The thing is mega menu has columns and columns based on the 2nd sub-menu items see the image: https://postimg.cc/hJ0B9Bcv then the rest of the sub-menu items you want to show in these columns you will add like this: https://postimg.cc/7frKyTgv so on the desktop the menu will be open on hover but as you know mobile devices don’t have the hover functionality which is why on mobile the column sub-menu item appears and then it will show the rest of the menu items its default functionality. I hope you understand.

                                2- First, Actually the thing is the requirement you want is not possible with the theme options. But it can be possible if you create 2 menus and assign the location of both menu the same see image: https://postimg.cc/D8pBDYyZ then both menu shows at the same time on desktop and mobile. Then you need to hide 1 menu from the desktop and 1 from mobile. for this you need to pick the class/ID of the menu how can you do that see the image: https://postimg.cc/p5Z1pWHY this way you be able to pick the class/ID of the menu.

                                Simply copy the class/ID and then add the CSS code for “Display:none”

                                This is the only possible way if you are not able to add your custom code in the Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS by using the class/ID then you can find the way from google or any other website you want.

                                3- Secondly, Once you create different menus and assign the location of the menus different from the Appearance >> Menus you can simply choose the menus from the theme options >> menus >> mobile menu >> the menu you want to show on mobile see the image: https://postimg.cc/gnxTYP7R

                                4- Further, if you want anything else, then you can proceed to create a feature request on our forum here: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/ so that our development team will notice it and remember it while working on the theme update.                                     If some resources cannot be loaded using //, then they should be served over HTTPS instead of HTTP. This can be achieved by hosting the resources on a server that supports HTTPS or by using a content delivery network (CDN) that supports HTTPS.

                                    It’s important to ensure that all resources on the website are loaded securely to protect user data and provide a better user experience.

                                            Hope you are well.

                                            1. You can change the background image in Theme Options > Breadcrumbs.

                                            2. You can also change the background image in the page meta box when your site is not full site editing(fse) mode.

                                            3. You can also change the breadcrumbs section using the block in the Porto template builder.

                                            – Create a block in the Porto Template Builder

                                            – And set conditions in the “banner” of Porto Page Layouts.

                                                We recommend the following 2 ways.

                                                1. Please check if you have used the Porto Modal Box widget on the page. If there is, remove the widget.

                                                2. Please remove the display condition in ‘Popup Builder for any page’ of the Porto Page Layout.
                                                If there has been no change, refresh the conditions in Porto/Tools.

                                                            Hello.

                                                            Firstly, we are really Sorry for all the inconvenience that you had to face in this regard.

                                                            Regarding the Visual Composer plugin, the thing is actually after every Update of this Plugin, a compatibility issue arises with almost every Theme that’s why all the major Themes are discontinuing this Plugin and are moving to future-best Plugin (i.e. Elementor and WPBAKERY). We are also doing the same so that your Site doesn’t get distorted every time when the VC plugin update arises. That’s why we have removed the Plugin compatibility with the Theme and soon enough we will also remove the VC plugin from the Theme package and it will no more be supported too. So, we would kindly like to apologize to you first that you will have to go through this process but it would be a humble request to you that please move to Elementor or WPBAKERY page builder Plugin and import any of the Demo of your choice with these Page Builder plugins on a fresh new WP install so that you can avoid hassle-free environment in terms of Site Development. We know it would be difficult for you to start all over again but we want to assure you, it will be worth it.

                                                                Hello,

                                                                1. Yes you will have the license problem, and you have to unregister your license by contacting Aizaz ( [email protected] ): https://www.portotheme.com/support/reset-sites/ and then you will be able to reactivate the theme.

                                                                2. You have to allow writable permission to the uploads folder and for that you have to contact your hosting provider.
