        Hi
        When trying to update my Porto site I got the message that the purchase code was invalid or cannot connect to Api Server even though the site has been registered for a few years with a valid code
        Following suggestions on this forum I deactivated the site and re-entered the original purchase code but it cannot connect to the api server so my site is now broken

        Can you advise how this can be fixed asap
