Hello, I am trying to set up the Porto one page category plugin, but when I change the slug to Cirillic, the plugin stops working and everything disappears from the page where it previously displayed products. When I rename the slug to Latin and everything starts working correctly. Can I have some help how to deal with this problem or add it to the child theme. Greetings

Could you please provide the URL of the page with the issue, along with any relevant screenshots? Additionally, please share the WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content section of this topic, so I can take a closer look and assist you further.

I took a picture of the categories so you can see how I changed the slug of some of the categories. When all categories have a Latin slug then all categories are displayed on the home page. When I change the slug of any category on the home page, only one category remains and the others disappear. The problem comes only when the slug is changed to Cyrillic. When changing the titles, the problem is gone.My other question is again related to the home page categories. What should I do to put the banner that is under the carousel with the products to be above the carousel with the products?
Another problem I notice is that sometimes when I select an icon from the black box with category icons on the left side of the site, the site scrolls but does not go to the selected category but to the one above it. That is, I want to choose, for example, icon number 3, but after clicking on it, the site moves down, but not to the content of the third category, but to that of the second category. That is, it does not reach where it should.
I would be very grateful if you could help me with the listed problems.
Thank you

1. You’re correct, I tested it on my test site and found the same behavior. I consulted with the development team, and they confirmed that it’s designed to work only with the English slug. Therefore, you’ll need to use the English slug for it to function properly.
If you’d like to suggest support for other language slugs, you can submit a feature request on our forum here: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/. The development team will review it for future updates to the theme.
2. Currently, there is no option to modify the position of the products and banner within the element, as these are predetermined settings. The banner serves as the description for that specific category. If you wish to adjust the position, you may consider using Custom CSS for further customization.
3. This behavior occurs because of the Porto One Page category element’s functionality with Ajax scroll. When you first load the page, it displays the initial icon category. As you scroll down, the next category will load automatically. If you click on any icon before that category’s products have loaded, the page will simply jump to the bottom and wait for the content to load. This is the intended design.
