If you’ve already checked, please ensure you take a full backup of your site and disable all third-party plugins.
We also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and reviewing on-site customizations.

Updated login info. Also I disabled all 3rd party apps and it still doesnt work.

Try again, I left access but somehow it reverted back. You should be good to g0.
