Hi,
i’m trying to import demo contents but unfortanly give an error when tryng to import with elementor.
when i try to import 1 by 1 the error comes when i choose Import dummy content, but only with elementor, when i go 1 by 1 with bakery all works fine. The thing is i prefer elementor so i really prefer have that working right.Thanks

PThemes Team.Yes that page is a maintenance one, for the clients that go to the site before is finished, i prefer not reset wordpress installation only if it is necessary, i need the shop 46 with elementor

I didn’t do anything special. I just went to Porto > Setup Wizard > Demo Import, first removed the previous demo content, then imported the new demo content as usual, and it worked.

PThemes Team.Ok but i did that and imported the theme but with errors, we can the theme working but its not complete because of error, same like other people here in other topics, it only worked 100% with bakery, so you imported with errors or it said 100% sucessful? Thats really important issue.

Porto is fully compatible with both Elementor and WPBakery. Additionally, the demo imported without any issues and is functioning perfectly.

the theme you imported have the same errors, the shop is not looking like before with the filter on the left and the widgets have not been imported, the issue must be error importing with elementor if you use the import sistem it gives you an error, the theme works anyway but with missing things and that is not good. if i import with bakery everything works fine but i don’t want to work with bakery. can you see what is happening please.

Please completely reset your site OR Install a fresh new WordPress.
And provide us the permission to Install the theme and import the demo again on a fresh new WP, and we will Install it for you without that sidebar issue.Best Regards,

Please create a new topic for your issue and provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content section of the new topic. Ensure that a fresh installation of WordPress is set up.
Additionally, let us know which demo you would like to import, and we will proceed with importing the demo along with the theme installation on your site.
