Hello, @piecesautoaccessoires,
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and assure you that we will do our best to assist you in resolving this problem.
We appreciate your efforts regarding the issue. But, I still facing the same issue I am not able to make any changes in the theme settings because of the 403 error.
Reverting the theme version will cause other unexpected issues on the site. It’s not the right practice to solve the issue.
The mini cart issue has been resolved in the latest version of the theme. On your test site, the theme is the latest version installed already and you can confirm the minicart issue on it. It doesn’t appear because of the latest version of the theme.
Regarding the lazy load issue as I am unable to debug the issue because of the user permission issue. there are a few additional troubleshooting steps you can take:
Check the lazy load settings: Double-check the specific settings related to lazy loading images in the PORTO theme’s options or customization panel. Make sure you have configured the lazy load feature correctly and that there are no conflicting settings. Look for any options related to lazy loading or image optimization and ensure they are properly enabled or configured.
Examine the browser’s developer console: Inspect the webpage where the images are not appearing using the browser’s developer tools. Look for any error messages or warnings related to image loading or lazy loading. The console may provide specific error details that can help pinpoint the cause of the issue. Share any relevant error messages with us for further assistance.
Review your server configuration: It’s possible that the issue lies with your server configuration. Check if there are any server-level caching mechanisms or security measures that could interfere with lazy loading. Consult with your hosting provider or server administrator to ensure that the server is properly configured to support lazy loading and image optimization.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.
