Hi! I have just detected that when I enable lazy loading in your “Speed Optimize Wizard”, Slider Revolution does not load its images.
Can I create an exception for Slider Revolution? Any other fix to this?

        Thank you

            Hello, @marianogi,

I recently observed that your website utilizes cache plugins, optimized plugins, and theme speed optimization features. However, enabling the lazy load option seems to be causing unforeseen issues with Slider Revolution. To address this matter, I kindly suggest taking the following steps:

            1. Disable all cache and optimizer plugins: Temporarily deactivate any cache or optimizer plugins that might be interfering with Slider Revolution’s functionality. This will help determine if the issue lies with the conflicting plugins.

            2. Utilize the theme’s built-in features: If you wish to continue utilizing lazy loading for Slider Revolution, please ensure that no other cache or optimizer plugins are active. By relying solely on the theme’s built-in optimization features, you can reduce the potential for conflicts.

            3. Contact your service provider: Reach out to your service provider and request them to flush the server cache. This action will help refresh any cached data and ensure that the latest changes take effect.

By following these steps, I am confident that you will be able to resolve the issue you’re facing with Slider Revolution and lazy loading. Should you require further assistance or have any additional inquiries, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our team is here to provide the necessary support.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

            Best Regards,
            PThemes Team.

                Hello,
                Hello
I don’t understand what’s going on. You’re telling me that you can’t log in the backoffice of my site, yet someone did it yesterday and updated the Porto theme. I assume it was you? Or did someone else from your team did?
The problem is that this person did the update and as a result, the problem came back: the products no longer display stock information. This person left the site like that. But this is a production merchant site! Please, in this case, restore the site to its initial version.
I’ve just done that, I’ve put back version 6.2.2 of the Porto theme.

I tried to connect today via a VPN from Pakistan and had no problems. Can you please try again?

Thank you in advance for your help,

I have changed the admin password for your account (see private area please)

                Kind regards,

                        Hello, @piecesautoaccessoires,

Thank you for granting us access to your website and providing the login details. We understand that you are experiencing an issue with the lazy load images feature on your Porto WordPress theme. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and assure you that we will do our best to assist you in resolving this problem.

After logging into your site with the provided user role, we attempted to make changes to the theme settings related to lazy load. However, we encountered a 403 error when trying to save the modifications. This error indicates that there is a permissions issue or a security restriction preventing us from saving the changes successfully. https://postimg.cc/Xr0y1QbD

To address this issue, we kindly request your assistance with the following steps:

                        1. Check the permissions: Please verify if the user role you provided has sufficient permissions to make changes to the theme settings. It is possible that the current role does not have the necessary privileges to save the modifications. You may need to grant additional permissions to the user role or consider using a different user role with higher privileges.

                        2. Disable security plugins or features temporarily: Some security plugins or features can restrict access to certain settings or modify the behavior of your website. Temporarily disabling any security plugins or features, such as firewall rules or mod_security, may allow us to save the changes without encountering a 403 error. Remember to re-enable these security measures once the changes have been made.

                        3. Contact your hosting provider: In some cases, hosting providers have server-level security configurations that can affect the ability to save theme settings. It is advisable to reach out to your hosting provider and inform them about the issue you are facing. They might be able to identify any server-level restrictions or security measures that could be causing the 403 error.

                        4. Provide additional details: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please provide us with any additional information that may be relevant, such as specific error messages, screenshots, or any recent changes made to your website. These details will assist us in further diagnosing and resolving the problem.

We understand the importance of the lazy load images feature for optimizing your website’s performance and user experience. Rest assured that we are committed to resolving this issue promptly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to identify and rectify the problem. Our goal is to ensure that your website functions smoothly and meets your expectations. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

                        Thank you for your cooperation.

                        Best Regards,
                        PThemes Team.

                        Hi,
i checked : you account is admin. I disabled the sucurity. I ask to the provider to flush the cache and check for connections problems.
I tried to solve the problem (in the production website not in the subdomain test.) desactivating some plugins. I desactivated lazy loading option int he Porto Theme.
Then, I updated Porto theme to the last version. The problem appears.
Then, i tried to rollback to different versions since the last version to the 6.6.0 and the problem’s always still here.
so i copied back the old Porto’s folder V 6.2.2 and the problem disappear.
But, i still have a (new) problem with the basket showing always the waiting icon (look at the picture please)..
                        In don’t understand.
Can you try again please ?

                            Hello, @piecesautoaccessoires,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and assure you that we will do our best to assist you in resolving this problem.

We appreciate your efforts regarding the issue. But, I still facing the same issue I am not able to make any changes in the theme settings because of the 403 error.

Reverting the theme version will cause other unexpected issues on the site. It’s not the right practice to solve the issue.

The mini cart issue has been resolved in the latest version of the theme. On your test site, the theme is the latest version installed already and you can confirm the minicart issue on it. It doesn’t appear because of the latest version of the theme.

Regarding the lazy load issue as I am unable to debug the issue because of the user permission issue. there are a few additional troubleshooting steps you can take:

Check the lazy load settings: Double-check the specific settings related to lazy loading images in the PORTO theme’s options or customization panel. Make sure you have configured the lazy load feature correctly and that there are no conflicting settings. Look for any options related to lazy loading or image optimization and ensure they are properly enabled or configured.

Examine the browser’s developer console: Inspect the webpage where the images are not appearing using the browser’s developer tools. Look for any error messages or warnings related to image loading or lazy loading. The console may provide specific error details that can help pinpoint the cause of the issue. Share any relevant error messages with us for further assistance.

Review your server configuration: It’s possible that the issue lies with your server configuration. Check if there are any server-level caching mechanisms or security measures that could interfere with lazy loading. Consult with your hosting provider or server administrator to ensure that the server is properly configured to support lazy loading and image optimization.

                            Best Regards,
                            PThemes Team.

Hi, i tried a lots of things but unfortunatly the problem is still there. I deactivated the firewall’s server and i think you will be able to connect now. I have restored the Porto’s old version in the test website too…
i hope you will find a solution,
                            thanks by advance,

                                Hello, @piecesautoaccessoires,

Alright, I’m able the edit the theme settings now.

First of all, I updated the theme on the test site and then I updated the theme necessary plugin “Porto Functionality” After that I enabled the “Lazy Load” option from the theme settings. Then I check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
By doing this your banner/slider images issues and mini cart loading issues are resolved.

I have recorded a video for you here is the link to the video: https://www.veed.io/view/1d5c9119-c18e-4376-8d7d-c1d2eda68e9e?panel=share Please watch it completely for a better reference to understand.

I hope all is sorted now.

                                Best Regards,

Ok thank you, the problem with the cart disappeared but the initial problem is not solved.
Please look at this page, it has to be like this :
                                https://piecesauto-accessoires.com/categorie-produit/barres-de-toit/alfa-romeo1638610226/
And after updating Porto it looks like this :
                                https://test.piecesauto-accessoires.com/categorie-produit/barres-de-toit/alfa-romeo1638610226/

it seems that we loose the model, the layout or whatelse ? Anyway, we loose the STOCK information, the stars rating, the layout of this presentation… That is the problem

                                    Hello, @piecesautoaccessoires,

1- The color issue has been resolved now as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/5HmnDTvJ

2- The product meta option has been removed from the theme settings version “6.3.0” on your live site the theme version is “6.2” This is why after updating the theme to the latest version it is not showing anymore.

                                    Best Regards,
                                    PThemes Team.
