2- First of all, Thanks for your understanding. In order to achieve that functionality back require customization in the theme core files. As you already know that we cannot cover customization issues in our basic support policy. Second, If you want to customize you can contact our customization from this link: https://www.portotheme.com/customization/ or you can hire a third-party developer as per your need.
