Thanks, I have checked the theme and plugin settings all are set to fine. To address the issue you have encountered, I kindly recommend deleting the non-functioning categories from your site entirely.
Once this step is completed, I suggest recreating the categories anew. Following this, I would like to suggest clearing your browser cache and revisiting the site to assess whether the problem persists. By following these steps, I am confident that your issue will be effectively resolved.
