Hello together
When I edit the header template in the backend, it is displayed the way I want it. In the frontend I have this blue colour again as the background of the navigation. If I switch to edit mode, my colour is displayed. I work with Elementor and have the theme Shop 46

It sounds like you are experiencing a common issue with the display of your header template in the frontend while using Elementor and the Porto theme. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:
Cache Issue:
Clear your browser cache and any caching plugins you might have installed on your WordPress site. Sometimes, changes may not reflect in the front end due to cached data.Theme and Elementor Updates:
Ensure that both your Porto theme and Elementor plugin are up to date. Sometimes, compatibility issues arise with outdated themes or plugins. if the theme and its necessary plugins are outdated then you can update them by following this article: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/We hope this information helps.

So somehow this feels quite buggy. My toggle menu only works on the start page. On all other pages no menu opens. You can see changes in the backend but when you look at the page, half the CSS is missing. If you go back to edit mode, everything is fine again.
I don’t know how many times I’ve cleared the cache, I also use two browsers but I’m not really warming up to your postage.
In addition, the editing mode in Elementor always jumps back to the Element selection. You click on an element to edit it and 5 seconds later it switches back to the element selection.

November 25, 2023 at 9:13 am #3558Hello, @oliverhillebrand,
Sorry for the inconvenience, you are facing issues while using our template on your site. I have checked the site link that you shared with us. When I open it the menu color appears fine for me. Also, the toggle button does not only work on the homepage as you said because when I tested it, it worked perfectly fine on the entire site. As proof, I have recorded a video for you to check and understand better. Here is the video link: https://www.veed.io/view/6ba2f6d9-5435-4349-8881-eaadbc8b5da9?panel=share
Furthermore, Regarding the cache, the thing is I recommend you kindly disable the cache system until your site is in maintenance mode. To do this simply contact your service provider and ask them to flush the server cache and then disable the cache system.
I hope your issues will be resolved and you’ll get the desired results.

PThemes Team.November 28, 2023 at 5:21 pm #3576Sorry but it doesn’t work. It doesn’t matter where I define which colour, the menu remains blue in the popup and the background white. I have deleted all caches and even deactivated them.
Furthermore, the constant jumping back from the Elementor element edit to the element overview is annoying, you can’t work properly.
If I want to edit the menu, it only pops up by chance, then you can see the settings in real time. It only opens about 1 mm.

PThemes Team.December 6, 2023 at 6:16 am #3706it’s really hard to believe, I’ve never had anything like this before and I’ve been working with WordPress and Woocommerce for a while. I have no idea how many times I cleared the cache after a small change. I have a browser ONLY to view the change and I don’t know how many hours I’ve spent making changes to the CSS in the header now, it really is a big fuck up! SORRY!
It’s a cry!
As soon as I go out of editor mode and look at the page, it’s a disaster. If I go back to editor mode, everything is fine…there is a bug in there
