So i just received the site from a former web builder, i updated Porto & WooCommerce to the latest version, but now i noticed that no mater what changes i make, the cart is always loading, i tried clearing my cache as well as the site’s and nothing works.
It only shows loading when i’m on the actual website, it is not loading when i’m in the editing view. I attached 2 files for reference.

I hope this message finds you well. We appreciate your prompt communication regarding the issue you are experiencing with the mini cart functionality on your WordPress theme.
As you mentioned, the mini cart is currently operating on Ajax, rather than loading on page load, despite the theme being updated to the latest version. To assist you in resolving this matter effectively, we propose the following steps:
Server Cache Flush: We kindly request that you contact your service provider and request a complete flush of the server cache. This action is essential to ensure that cached data does not interfere with the mini cart’s intended functionality.
Browser Cache Clearance: In addition to the server cache, we recommend clearing your browser cache to establish a clean browsing environment. This step is crucial for accurate testing of the mini cart.
Mini Cart Functionality Test: After clearing both server and browser caches, please attempt to add an item to the cart on your website. This will help us ascertain whether the desired functionality has been restored.
If, despite these efforts, the issue persists, we are prepared to offer further assistance. To facilitate a comprehensive diagnosis and resolution, we kindly request that you take the following actions:
Complete Site Backup: As a precautionary measure, please ensure you have taken a complete backup of your site to safeguard your data.
Admin Login Details: Once the backup is secured, kindly share your site’s admin login details in a secure private content area. This will grant us access to your site for a thorough investigation.
We are committed to identifying the root cause of the issue and implementing a solution promptly. Rest assured that your data and site security are of paramount importance to us.
Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or require additional assistance. We are here to ensure your website functions seamlessly.
Thank you for choosing our services, and we look forward to resolving this issue for you.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team. -
